LG has quietly launched its latest tablet – dubbed G Pad F2 8.0 – in the US. The LG G Pad F2 8.0 tablet has been listed as available on the company’s official US store at $149.99, which offered via Sprint.
As of now, the company has not revealed availability details of the LG G Pad F2 8.0 for other markets across the globe. The Android 7.0 Nougat -based G Pad F2 8.0 tablet is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-Core processor that’s backed by the MediaTek MT6750 chipset, alongside 2GB of RAM.
It features an 8.0-inch WXGA display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The G Pad F2 8.0 comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card up to 2TB.
The LG G Pad F2 8.0 tablet sports a 5-megapixel fixed focus rear camera, and also houses a 5-megapixel front camera. The tablet is backed by a 3000mAh battery, which the official site notes that the device also comes with an optional extended battery of 4,400mAh, bringing the total capacity to 7,400mAh.
Connectivity options on the tablet include LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, Micro-USB and 3.5mm audio jack. The official G Gpad 8 tablet listing notes that the device comes with stereo speakers. It comes with dimensions 5 x 8.5 x 0.31 inches and weighs around 12.35 oz.
