Starlink: Battle for Atlas is a new action and adventure game developed by Ubisoft that will be available from October 16, 2018, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but the version of the game for the Kyoto home console will be characterized by an exclusive Star Fox theme content.
It will address an open epic world space adventure that uses modular toy technology allowing players to create and customize their own real spacecraft that will appear immediately in the game. It will be possible to exploit different skills, various weapons and ships to unleash devastating combos against the fearsome enemies.
On Nintendo Switch, however, players will have the opportunity to play the entire campaign as Fox McCloud and embark on some exclusive missions with other friends of the Star Fox universe. Following the words of Ubisoft Toronto:

Modular models and dynamic combat mechanics in Starlink: Battle for Atlas will allow players to complete their objectives and face every kind of obstacle and enemy in many different ways, letting themselves be guided by imagination and creativity. Starlink: Battle for Atlas offers an open world experience: it will explore an entire solar system, it will be possible to move in space and for the exotic alien worlds of the star system without interruptions, facing a series of unique challenges in seven different planets.
The actions and choices of the players will influence the whole adventure and every game will always be different. Enemies will react and counterattack intelligently, occupying the entire star system if the player fails to stop them.
