HP launches the new Omen 15 gaming Laptop that replaces the product range was already launched last year with the same name, updating many features and optimizing the appearance. A laptop that HP defines as perfect for every gamer to get a gaming experience of excellent level on the move at home.
The specifications of the new HP Omen 15 include the eighth-generation Intel H-series processors, which are those with higher TDP and higher operating frequencies. It will be four or six cores and will be accompanied by a quantity of DDR4 RAM at 2666MHz that can reach up to 32GB. As for storage, let’s talk about different combinations: we have storage range from SSD, HDD, SSD + HDD, or even HDD + Intel Optane memory.
Also redesigned the cooling system with three fans that will be useful to dissipate the heat generated by the CPU, but also by the GPU that will be an NVIDIA GTX 1070 MAX-Q, undoubtedly endowed with interesting performance. but coupled with the processors mentioned above, it is a definitely challenging hardware package to maintain at optimal temperatures.
The display, as the name suggests, will offer a diagonal of 15.6-inches and can be configured according to 3 different options: 1080p 144Hz, 1080p 60Hz or 4K 60Hz, with some configurations that will support NVIDIA’s G-Sync technology. A laptop that HP still wanted to provide easy access to memory, RAM, and storage, so that users can update it over time.
The new HP Omen 15 Gaming Laptop will be available from July 28, 2018, at a starting price of $979.99.
