Honor Pad 9 with 120 Hz eye protection display and 8 speakers launches in the UK

The Honor Pad 9 has officially launched in the UK and is now available for order on Amazon. The manufacturer initially launched the Honor Pad 9 in China at the end of last year. This 12.1-inch tablet features an eye-protecting IPS display with a 2.5K resolution (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) and 120 Hz refresh rate.

Powered by Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, the Honor Pad 9 has a clock speed of up to 2.2 GHz. The tablet also boasts an 8,300 mAh battery that supports 35 W fast charging. An eight speakers with voice amplification, all encased in a durable, slim 6.9 mm metal casing.

The rear camera is 13 MP and is located in a round camera element in the middle of the top edge. The thin display edge houses the front-facing 8 MP selfie camera. Connectivity-wise, it features Wi-Fi AC, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB-C, and runs on MagicOS 7.2, based on Android 13.

Honor Pad 9 price and release date

The Honor Pad 9 is available only in one version in the UK, with 8 GB of RAM 256 GB of storage, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Customers can order the tablet from Amazon, where it is priced at £299.99. The tablet’s release is scheduled for March 1, 2024.
