In line with a growing trend in the industry, Hisense presents the C1, a projector that offers both compact dimensions and high performance. This high-resolution device boasts an impressive display capability of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels.

The C1 is equipped with a lighting system featuring three lasers, a common feature in such projectors, renowned for delivering a remarkably vibrant color display. It’s said to be capable of reproducing the BT.2020 color space at 110 percent accuracy, with an estimated color deviation (Delta E) of only 0.9.

The laser unit’s longevity is impressive, rated at up to 25,000 hours of operation. The C1 also supports a range of dynamic HDR formats, including Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG. In terms of brightness, it’s no slouch for a laser projector, boasting an estimated 1,600 ANSI lumens, although it falls slightly short of the brightness achieved by similarly priced models with conventional lighting sources.

Hisense claims the C1 can project images ranging from 65 to 300 inches, offering versatility in terms of screen size. With a projection ratio of 1.2:1, it’s not a short-throw projector. However, the AutoMagic system, equipped with Time-of-Flight (ToF), a light sensor, and CMOS modules, allows for automatic image adjustment to avoid obstacles. Keystone correction and zoom functions are also automated for user convenience.

The C1 can easily connect to a network via Ethernet or WiFi.

This premier offering comes in 100-inch and 120-inch variants, boasting 3,000 nits of brightness, 4K XPR resolution, 50W Dolby Atmos speakers, and an integrated Google TV experience. Pricing commences at $8,995, catering to discerning enthusiasts in search of top-tier cinematic experiences.
