Cowon Plenue D2 is an upgraded version of the hugely popular Plenue D high-resolution music player. Following the success of its predecessor, Plenue D2 is equipped with a more powerful configuration with Cirrus Logic dual CS43131 DACs for the native DSD decoding capability, balanced 2.5mm port, and 64GB of internal storage.

The Plenue D2 retains the compact design that many people like, but the internal strength is significantly upgraded. It supports Native DSD (Direct Stream Digital) for More natural sound. It reproduces DSD in Native method and supports DSD128. You can enjoy true original sound 24bit/192kHz, it has no signal loss and has outstanding resolution. It also includes SNR 130dB, THD+N 0.0004%, Stereo Crosstalk -143dB, and Balanced Output 4.0Vrms which are the result of our decades of audio experience and passion for perfection.

Cowon also upgraded from 32GB to 64GB internal storage with a memory card slot support up to 128GB, so total storage capacity up to 192GB. Plenue D2 also has an impressive battery life which reaches up to 45 hours of continuous use. Cowon also includes its latest JetEffect 5 & BBE+ technology to correct sound distortions and phase caused by either the physical limitations of a receiver or the listening environment and reproduce sound closest to the original studio recording.

Plenue D2 with a powerful hardware upgrade combined with the latest software suite will definitely bring a much better experience for music lovers. It is expected to go on sale in February with 2 Black w/Silver and Black w/Gold colors.
