Anker has launched its budget USB C dock with 675 stations in the US. The combination of a dock station USBC and monitor stand made of high-quality aluminum offers twelve connections and supplies all kinds of devices with power, including a wireless charging pad on the top.
At the CES 2023 earlier this year, Anker presented the Anker 675 USB-C docking station, along with various other innovations. A few months later, the budget USB C dock has now arrived in stores.
The new Anker 675 USB-C Docking Station isn’t just a USB-C hub like many other models are. Instead, it is almost a small piece of furniture that also wants to keep the desk tidy. Thanks to the monitor stand made of solid aluminum, a PC screen or notebook is raised and thus placed more comfortably in the field of vision. There is also space underneath for storing the keyboard and mouse when they are not needed.
According to the manufacturer, the dock station USBC Anker 675 also puts an end to a supposed tangle of cables. It combines a whole range of connections that are always at hand and supplies external devices with power.
There is a USB-C upstream port with a maximum power of 100 W for charging a notebook or MacBook, two USB-C Power Delivery ports with a total power of 45 W, three USB-A ports for smaller devices, and a wireless 10 W charging pad for smartphones and the like is available on the top.
Anker accommodates a total of twelve ports in the docking station, some on the left side and some underneath the device. In addition to the USB ports already mentioned, there is an HDMI with 4K@60Hz, a 1 Gbit/s fast Ethernet port, and an audio connection. There are also slots for SD and microSD memory cards.
