After a time away from the market, BLU returned with the Vivo XL Plus smartphone in several markets, and the company also made a new commitment to its consumers.
Now, while unveiling its latest bet on the market, BLU has been certified for a new handset at the FCC in the United States. According to the available documentation, the company must release it under the trade name Blu Vivo XL4.
So far, although the certification indicates all the networks the device supports, the FCC has not released clues as to what specifications we should expect for Vivo XL4.
Anyway, according to the AndroidHeadlines, this device should be the direct successor of the Blu Vivo XL3 was launched back in March this year and so will have more basic specifications. Thus, the chipset of the new device is expected to be based on MediaTek SoC.
However, as the BLU has not yet confirmed on the subject, we must take this information as just another market rumor. Even so, if the manufacturer maintains its previous strategy, the Blu Vivo XL4 will probably have a Plus variant too.
