Asus Transformer Book T100HA hybrid Laptop with USB-C and Atom x5 SoC Launched

At Computex 2015, Asus has launched the 2 in 1 hybrid laptop called the Transformer Book T100HA.

This is the successor to the previous ASUS Hybrid Laptop version of T100TA, which is already very popular in 2 in 1 hybrid laptop segment. This new Asus Transformer Book T100HA is comes with the latest USB-C connectivity, also reduced a thickness, and it has worked as both charging and data transfer port.

The Asus Transformer Book T100HA still use the screen size of 10.1-inch and attached the keyboard at the base to turn the laptop, but the design has been changed with round corner and soft edges. Inside the laptop has a quad-core Intel Atom Cherry Trail X5 processor, new chips compare to the T100TA, RAM also be upgraded to 4GB. All these are packed in a slim body and weight only 580g and thickness of 8.45mm (not including dock).

Asus says that the Transformer Book T100HA battery life can reach up to 14 hours. This 2 in 1 Laptop  will available for purchase in Q3 of this year with the four color options such as white, gray, blue and pink. Unfortunately, there is no information on price, but more likely it will be fall around $349 as the previous T100TA (excluding keyboard).
