Introducing the VG328QA1A display, Asus expands its TUF gaming series with a remarkable 32-inch 1080p gaming monitor. Equipped with a VA panel boasting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD), this display offers a pixel density of approximately 70 ppi and achieves an impressive maximum refresh rate of 170 Hz. Notably, it covers 100 percent of the sRGB color space.

According to the datasheet, users can anticipate a contrast ratio of 3000:1, an 8-bit color depth, a typical brightness of 300 cd/m², and a power consumption of fewer than 23.5 watts. Additionally, the monitor includes two internal speakers, each with a rather modest output of 2 watts. A standout feature is the Variable Overdrive, dynamically adjusting the overdrive based on the frame rate to minimize ghosting and overshoot.

While FreeSync Premium is promoted as the anti-tearing technology, an alternative option is available for combating motion blur called “Extreme Low Motion Blur” (ELMB). Unfortunately, this model does not support ELMB Sync, which would have allowed both features to be utilized simultaneously. Alongside these, the monitor offers GamePlus features such as a black stabilizer, an FPS display, and crosshair overlays.

However, in terms of ergonomics, it lacks advanced features, offering only tilt adjustment, VESA mount compatibility (100 x 100 mm), blue light filtering, and flicker-free background lighting.
