Xiaomi has pulled an Apple by launching the Mi Pad 3 tablet last month. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 aesthetically looks similar to the Mi Pad 2, but features some hardware improvements. Online store GearBest.com is selling Mi Pad 3 Tablet for $310.37, but you can use the coupon code: MiPad3PC, $60.38 off.
This discount code is available for a limited time period, the Mi Pad 3 is only available at the discounted price only on the GearBest website for now. The Champagne Gold color variant is available for purchase, and there’s no word on when the Mi Pad 3 will be available globally.
Xiaomi’s newest tablet features upgraded optics with a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, 1080p HD support while the front gets a 5-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. The Mi Pad 3 also gets a bigger battery at 6600mAh compared to the 6190mAh battery inside the Mi Pad 2 with a claimed standby time of up to 867 hours.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 sports an all-metal casing and features a 7.9-inch (2048×1536) Retina display; powered by a hexa-core MediaTek MT8176 processor coupled with 4GB LPDDR3 of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The tablet runs MIUI 8 based on Android Marshmallow and includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB Type-C, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS connectivity features.
Apart from this, the GearBest store also listed the Xiaomi MI 360 Action Camera was launched last month along with the Mi Pad 3 in China. This Xiaomi Action camera has been priced at $275.99 and can be purchased via GearBest.com via a flash sale method.
The Mi Panoramic camera comes with a 23.88-megapixel sensor and is capable of recording 3.5K video. It comes with a square shape and is designed with two 190 degree fisheye lenses at the front and back which guarantees a 360-degree view. It can also be used as an ordinary camera and it comes with three shooting modes such as Flat mode, Sphere mode, and Planet mode.
The MI 360 Action Camera has built-in 6-axis anti-shaking system, an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating and captured images can be edited via other apps as well.
