Along with the Redmi Note 8T, Xiaomi has also announced the Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro smartphones in Europe. Both are high-mid range devices that come with a 6.47-inch waterdrop notch display, up to 8GB RAM, Penta rear cameras, In-display fingerprint sensor, and 5260mAh battery with fast charging.
Price and Availability
The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 price in Europe starts from EUR 549 – approximately $608 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version, while the Mi Note 10 Pro model with 8GB RAM with 256GB storage is priced at EUR 649 – approximately $719. Both models will be available for order in Germany from November 11th and will go on sale in Spain and Italy from November 15th, as well as in France from November 18th and will be available in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg soon. The devices come in Aurora Green, Glacier White, and Midnight Black color options.
Xiaomi Mi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro Specifications
Both the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 and 10 Pro feature a 6.47-inch curved AMOLED display with 3.43mm small chin waterdrop notch, FHD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution, 600nit (HBM) / 430nit(Typ) brightness, 400000:1 (Min) contrast ratio, and DCI-P3 Wide Color Gamut. Both are powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core processor which supported by Snapdragon 730G Mobile Platform with Adreno 618 GPU and 6GB / 8GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 128GB UFS 2.1 storage / 8GB LPPDDR4x RAM with 256GB UFS 2.1 storage.
On the camera front, both devices bears a Penta rear camera setup: 108MP rear camera with 1/ 1.33″ Samsung HMX sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, f/1.69 aperture, OIS offering 27MP output, and 7P lens (8P Lens in 10 Pro model only). A 12MP 1/2.6-inch 2PD Samsung SAK2L3 sensor with 50mm-equivalent, 1.4um for 2x zoom and f/2.0 aperture lens for portraits. An 8MP 1/3.6-inch sensor with 94mm-equivalent, an f/2.0-aperture telephoto lens with OIS, 5x optical, 10x hybrid and 50x digital zoom. A 20MP 1/2.8-inch sensor with 16mm-equivalent, f/2.2-aperture 117° ultra-wide lens, 2MP f/2.4 aperture macro lens for 1.5cm macro shots and Dual flashes, one with hard light and one with soft light.
For selfies, both have a 32MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture. At the event the company said that the phone has scored 121 points on the DxO Mark test, equivalent to Huawei Mate 30 Pro. Both the new Xiaomi smartphones have a seventh-gen in-display fingerprint scanner and runs on Android 9.0 Pie -based on MIUI 11 out of the box. Along with a 3D glass back, NFC, 1216 1.0cc loudspeaker, 3.5mm audio jack with Hi-Res audio support.
For connectivity, the both device includes Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C. It packs a 5260mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging that can charge the phone to 58% in 30 minutes and 100% in 65 minutes. The device measures 157.8×74.2×9.67mm and weighs 208 grams.
