Asus has announced the TUF Gaming AX3000 V2 best WiFi 6 router, designed for use with gaming computers. The new best gaming router complies with the Wi-Fi 6 standard, also known as 802.11ax.
The new best router for gaming received an aggressive design. The design provides for four external antennas. The Asus gaming router has a processor with four processing cores operating at a clock frequency of up to 1.7 GHz. The amount of RAM is 512 MB, and the capacity of the integrated flash module is 256 MB.
The device supports operation in the frequency ranges of 2.4 and 5 GHz. It has IEEE 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n, and 802.11ac backward compatible declared. The data transfer rate reaches 2402 Mbps.
WiFi 6 provides faster wireless speeds with OFDMA, BSS coloring, and MU-MIMO technologies, and it also boosts network efficiency, so all your devices get their fair share of WiFi bandwidth. It’s perfect for busy networks with lots of different WiFi devices, such as laptops, smartphones, and smart home devices.
It uses OFDMA, a new technology in WiFi 6 that allows signals to travel further than they can in WiFi 5. With a 2×2 MIMO configuration, along with other enhancements like beamforming, which focuses the signal towards each device, TUF Gaming AX3000 V2 reaches every corner.
