Cosina, a Japanese lens maker with German lens design technology, has announced the delay of its new product called Voigtlander Macro APO Lanthar 110mm f/2.5 lens for Sony E-mount.
This is the lens that Cosina introduced at the CP+ 2018 event, was committed to delivering in August this year. The reason for the delay was not specified and the new delivery date has not been officially announced. This is a difficult decision for a well-known camera lens company such as Voigtlander.
