Vivo X23 With 6.41-inch Super AMOLED Display, 8GB RAM, Dual Rear Cameras, In-display fingerprint sensor Launched

After the launch of the Vivo V11 Pro, the company has announced the Vivo X23 smartphone in China. It is mid-high range device comes with a 6.41-inch Super AMOLED display with water drop notch, 8GB RAM, Snapdragon 670, Dual 12MP + 13MP Rear Cameras and In-display fingerprint sensor.

Vivo X23 Price and Availability

The Vivo X23 price in China has been set at CNY 3,498 – approximately $512 and will go on sale in China on September 14, 2018. The handset comes in Phantom Purple, Phantom Red, and Midnight Blue colors as well as Fashion Purple and Fashion Orange colors with Vivo logo on the back panel.

Vivo X23 Specifications

The Vivo X23 features a 6.41-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2340 × 1080 pixels) resolution, and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It has a 1.76 mm slim bezels on the sides, and 91.27 percent screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core processor which supported by Snapdragon 670 AIE 10nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 615 GPU and 8GB of RAM. It packs a 128GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card.

On the camera front, the X23 flaunts a 12-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 aperture Sony IMX363 sensor, 1/2.8″ sensor, 1.4μm aperture, dual-tone LED flash along with a 13-megapixel 125-degree wide-angle secondary camera to capture 3D depth of field information. For selfie, there is a 12-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture with AI beautify feature.

The Vivo X23 has a 3D glass body, Jovi AI, fourth-generation in-display fingerprint sensor that can unlock the phone in 0.35 seconds. The handset runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based on Funtouch OS 4.5 out of the box. It packs a 3,400mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging.

It supports Dual SIM slot with dual standby and for connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac 2×2 MIMO, GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5 LE, and USB C. The device measures 157.68 × 74.06 × 7.47mm and weighs 160.5 grams.
