ViewSonic X11-4K short-throw LED projector with award-winning design and Harman Kardon sound

With the X11-4K, ViewSonic offers the best short throw LED projector that can be transported comparatively easily thanks to an integrated handle and pull-out covers for the front and back. The manufacturer promises first-class sound, high brightness, and smart features.

The ViewSonic X11-4K sticks to the design of the X10-4K, which already won an iF Design Award in 2019. The short throw projector should not only look stylish, but also be practical – the metal wheel on the top allows you to control the volume, the fold-out handle simplifies transport, and the leather cover on the back protects the connections.

ViewSonic uses an LED for the light source, which is said to achieve a brightness of 2,400 lumens and service life of 30,000 operating hours. The LED projector offers full 4K resolution, the Rec.709 color space can be displayed at 125 percent. The ViewSonic X11-4K can be positioned at a distance of 0.5 to 3.5 meters from the screen, depending on the distance an image with a diagonal of 30 inches to 200 inches can be projected.

The LED projector offers autofocus and automatic keystone correction. In addition to two HDMI 2.0 inputs, the device also has a USB-C connector, which can be used, among other things, to connect a Nintendo Switch (approx. $300 on Amazon). A maximum of 10 watts (5V / 2A) of energy is provided via USB-C. ViewSonic uses speakers from Harman Kardon, a total of two tweeters and two woofers, which are operated on two 8-watt amplifiers. Music can also be streamed to the projector via Bluetooth, while a WiFi connection is available for streaming videos wirelessly.
