Dell introduced the P2724DEB business monitor with an extensive feature set at the end of last year, and it is now available for pre-order at B&H. The video conferencing screen with camera is a 27-inch IPS model with WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels) at up to 60 Hz.
The screen promises 99% sRGB and is suitable for video conferences thanks to a 4 MP webcam with a Sony Starvis sensor, two microphones with echo cancellation, and two 5-watt speakers.
The video conferencing screen with camera also offers an 8-bit color depth, a 5 ms gray-to-gray response time, 350 cd/m² typical brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and 26 watts of power consumption.
The 27-inch model also features a KVM switch, USB-C docking station, daisy chaining, and the Dell Display Manager software. The latter feature allows the desktop to be divided into multiple zones and enables firmware updates for the monitor.

The available interfaces include DisplayPort 1.4 (input and output), HDMI 1.4, RJ-45, and a USB 3.2 hub (Gen 1). It also features USB-C (with DisplayPort alternate mode and 90-watt PD) and a combo jack for headphones/microphone.
For ergonomics, the monitor offers tilt, rotation, height adjustment, pivot, a VESA mount (100 x 100 mm), blue light filtering, and flicker-free backlighting. The Dell P2724DEB weighs 5.65 kg without the stand and measures 611.78 x 415.82 x 59.61 mm.
