The Gigabyte M32Q USB KVM switch best monitor for gaming released in 2021 will have a sister model that has a few notable innovations and deviations. The AMD FreeSync Premium Pro supported monitor has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels (WQHD) at up to 170 Hz, is DisplayHDR 400 certified, and has a 3000:1 contrast ratio. Other features of the gaming PC monitor are 8-bit color depth, 350 cd/m² typical brightness, 123 percent sRGB, and 94 percent DCI-P3.

The datasheet is silent about the gray change – there is only an MPRT specification (“Moving Picture Response Time”) of 1 ms. AMD FreeSync Premium Pro is used to prevent tearing in games, which not only masters LFC (“Low Frame Rate Compensation”) but can also handle active HDR. Thanks to Aim Stabilizer Sync, the anti-tearing technology can be combined with a mode against motion blur. Crosshair and fps counter overlays, a black stabilizer, and picture-in-picture or picture-by-picture modes are available via the OSD.

On the interface side, there are two HDMI 2.0 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.2, a USB 3.0 hub, and a headphone output. USB-C with DisplayPort alternate mode and 18-watt power delivery is also included. Even USB KVM switch functionality has been thought of. Tilt, height adjustment, VESA mount (100 x 100 mm), blue light filtering, and flicker-free background lighting are offered as ergonomic features.

The Gigabyte M32QC weighs 5.5 kg without the stand and has dimensions of 710.5 x 423.3 x 102.8 mm (W x H x D). The firmware of the monitor can be conveniently updated by the user himself.

Price and availability

It is still uncertain whether, when, and at what price the Gigabyte M32QC 31.5 inch monitor will reach the market, but is finally listed on the Newegg.com website without any availability details.
