TTArtisan has announced a full-frame 21mm F1.5 wide angle lens for Canon R (R, RP, R5, R6), Leica L (Lumix S1, S1R, S1H, Sigma FP, Leica T), Nikon Z (Z5, Z50, Z6, Z6II, Z7, Z7II), and Sony E (A7, A7Ⅱ, A7Ⅲ, A7R, A7RⅡ, A7RⅢ, A7RⅣ, A7S, A7SⅡ, A7SⅢ, A9) Mount with manual focus. The lens is not a new development as it was released for the Leica M mount in 2019, and Canon, Nikon, and Sony camera owners just got it now.
The optical design of the lens consists of 13 elements in 11 groups and also has 10 aperture blades. The diameter for the filter is 72 mm, the minimum focusing distance is 50 cm.
The lens is relatively compact and lightweight – it weighs 422g for the Sony E mount and 458g for the Nikon Z. Comes with a removable hood and a metal cover.
Price and availability
The TTArtisan 21mm F1.5 lens is already available to buy from Amazon.com online retailer for $245 for the Leica L, Canon R, Nikon Z, and Sony E mounts. Interestingly, the Leica M mount variant in Siler color cost $429.

The design of the new 50mm lens has 7 elements in 5 groups and a 10-blade diaphragm. The minimum focusing distance is 0.5 m, and the diameter for the filters is 52 mm. The lens weighs around 336 g, its dimensions are Ø62 x 60 mm.
