Tokina has added a new product to their lens range, the FiRIN 100mm F2.8 FE MACRO lens for the MRL Full-frame Sony E. This is an autofocus telephoto lens with excellent close focusing capabilities reaching life-sized (1:1) reproduction at 11.8 inches (30cm) from the sensor plane. The optical structure of the lens consists of 9 elements in 8 groups and nine-blade diaphragm.
According to Tokina, they use multi-layer coating technology on lenses to give natural colors, control chromatic aberration perfectly, reduce glare and ghosting effects. 55mm filter lens and body with magnification scale help users have a visual look when taking photos.
The FiRIN 100mm F2.8 FE MACRO lens is designed for Sony E MRL Full-Frame cameras, so it is fully compatible with the features available on Sony cameras such as 5-axis image stabilization, manual focusing, enlarge the image, focus peaking and more.
This lens uses a flat-field optical design to yield realistic rendering, void of field curvature, as well as high sharpness and clarity throughout the focusing range. The maximum aperture of the F/2.8 helps users to shoot in low-light conditions where the image quality is still good while erasing good fonts with beautiful natural bokeh.
