Lenovo has launched a new 24.5-inch monitor for business and office use in the UK. The ThinkVision P25i-30 is IPS-based and has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) at a maximum of 100 Hz, which also offers advantages outside of gaming, as mouse operation feels much smoother than at 60 Hz.
In addition to covering 99% of Rec. 709 and sRGB, the monitor also offers 83% DCI-P3. Moreover, it features an 8-bit color depth (6-bit + FRC), a response time of 4 to 6 ms (gray-to-gray), a typical brightness of 250 cd/m², and a 1300:1 contrast ratio. On the connection side, it includes an HDMI 2.1 interface, two DisplayPorts 1.4 (input and output), a USB 3.2 hub (Gen 1), a VGA input, and a headphone output.
The DisplayPort output might suggest daisy-chaining capability, though the official product page does not confirm this. In terms of ergonomics, the monitor offers tilt, rotation, height adjustment, pivot, a VESA mount (100 x 100 mm), blue light filtering, and flicker-free backlighting. Additionally, the 24.5-inch model typically consumes about 12.5 watts.

Philips recently expanded its range of affordable home office monitors by introducing three new E1 displays. Specifically, the brand-new business models—Philips 24E1N1100A, 27E1N1100A, and 27E1N1600AE—feature IPS panels and a 100 Hz refresh rate.
The first two models are Full HD monitors with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. In contrast, the 27E1N1600AE is a WQHD monitor, offering a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. Additionally, all the panels utilize IPS LED technology.
