Amazon UK has put up a pre-order page (link) for the miniature version of the famous Commodore 64 – THEC64 Mini. It states a price of £69.99 – approximately $93. At a time of writing the product is available for pre-order, however, considering the success of mini gaming consoles, the C64 Mini may be “sold-out” in a very short time.
The C64 Mini also has two USB ports: one for joystick included in the bundle, the other for a second optional joystick, or to connect a standard size keyboard. It connects to the TV via HDMI cable and on the back, there is also a micro USB port, useful for upgrade the device’s firmware.
The THEC64 Mini gaming console will be debut in early 2018 and will include 64 pre-installed games: AlleyKat, Anarchy, Armalyte: Competition Edition, Avenger, Battle Valley, Bounder, California Games, Chip’s Challenge, Confusion, Cosmic Causeway: Trailblazer II, Creatures, Cybernoid II: The Revenge, Cybernoid: The Fighting Machine, Deflector, Everyone’s Downloads: Wing, Slayer, Snare, Speedball, Speedball II: Brutal Deluxe, Spindizzy, Star Paws, Steel, Robin Of The Wood, Rubicon, Skate Crazy, NW, Stormlord, Street Sports Baseball, Summer Games II, Super Cycle, Temple of Apshai Trilogy, The Arc Of Yesod, Thing Bounces Back, Thing on a Spring, Trailblazer, Uchi Mata, Uridium, Who Dares Wins II, Winter Games, World Games, Zynaps.
