Apple unveils the Beats Fit Pro with better sound than the AirPods Pro at a cheaper price

Apple has introduced possibly the best noise-canceling earbuds, the strongest competitor for the AirPods Pro, because the Beats Fit Pro should not only sound better, the earphones also support exciting features such as active noise cancellation and spatial audio.

The Apple AirPods Pro (approx. $189.99 on Amazon) are still among the best noise-canceling earbuds in the world. Now Apple has even presented perhaps the strongest competitor for the high-quality TWS, namely the Beats Fit Pro, which uses the Apple H1 chip and thus supports many of the most exciting features of the AirPods Pro. The Beats Fit Pro are engineered to consistently pump out high-quality audio from the dual-element diaphragm inside their dual-chamber housing.

The new noise canceling headphones Beats by Dre includes the ability to automatically connect to multiple devices, for example, to switch the connection from Mac to iPhone when a call comes in. The earphones support voice commands via “Hey Siri”, active noise cancellation (ANC) including transparency mode, and Apple’s virtual surround sound called “Spatial Audio”. The earbuds are IPX4 certified and therefore protected against sweat and light rain.

Beats emphasize that the noise canceling headphones can also be used with Android devices without any problems, and many settings can be adjusted via a Beats app. According to a first test by The Verge, the Beats Fit Pro offers better audio quality than the AirPods Pro despite the lower price, while 9to5Mac describes the sound on par with the AirPods 3, albeit with more bass. The battery lasts six hours with active ANC, the charging case can fully charge the earphones three times.
