The long-awaited Super Mario Run game, to the delight of all fans of the famous plumber, is getting ready to throw open the doors to the Android world. The Super Mario Run Android game has been listed on the Google Play Store as per pre-registration through which you will be notified of the availability of the title.
After the great success in iOS platform, with over 50 million direct downloads from the Apple App Store, and the resulting decline following the first phase of enthusiasm. Nintendo expects a new wave of downloads from the moment when it will be officially made available for the Android OS. Unfortunately, they not given any official Super Mario Run release date, but we are sure that it can take place within the first months of 2017.
Similar to the iPhone and iPad version, the Super Mario Run Android app is also expected come with free demo of up to 3 levels, and to unlock everything users need to require app-purchase of around $9.99.

According to Nintendo, this is due piracy concerns. – “For us, we view our software as being a very important asset,” Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto said in an interview with Mashable. “And also for consumers who are purchasing the game, we want to make sure that we’re able to offer it to them in a way that the software is secure, and that they’re able to play it in a stable environment.”
“The security element is one of the reasons that we decided to go with iPhone and iOS first,” he said. When asked whether security means risk of piracy, he confirmed that this was indeed the case.
