Along with the mid-ranger Xperia XA1 and Xperia XA1 Ultra, Sony has also launched the Xperia XZ Premium and the Xperia XZs high-end smartphones. The XZ Premium is a high-end variant of the XZ, while XZs is essentially a smaller variant. 
First, we are talking about the Sony Xperia XZ Premium specifications, the smartphone comes with a a 19-megapixel camera sensor at the back with all new Sony Motion Eye camera system that provides 5x faster image scanning and data transfer. Means now user can create videos by recording in 960 frames per second, providing Super slow motion video playback that is apparently four times slower than other smartphones available in the market currently. For selfie, it has a 13-megapixel 1/3.06-inch Exmor RS sensor at the front.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a 5.5-inch Triluminos HDR display with 4K (2160 x 3840 pixels) resolution. It is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor (Gigabit LTE speeds with X16 LTE modem) clubbed with Adreno 540 GPU and 4GB RAM. It packs 64GB of native storage with the supports for microSD slot up to 256GB. 
The Sony XZ Premium runs Android 7.0 Nougat and a 3230mAh battery out of the box. For connectivity, includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C 3.1. It measures 156x77x7.9mm, and weighs 195 grams.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium price yet to be unveiled, but it will be available globally Spring this year in Luminous Chrome and Deepsea Black color options.
Coming to the The Sony Xperia XZs, bears a 5.2-inch Triluminos display with Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) resolutions with X-Reality, and Dynamic Contrast Enhancer. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64-bit 14nm processor with Adreno 510 GPU and 4GB RAM. It offers 32GB and 64GB of internal memory options with the option to expand further using microSD slot up to 256GB. 
The handset runs Android 7.0 Nougat and packs in 2900mAh battery under the hood. It measures 146x72x8.1 mm, and weighs 161 grams. All of the other specifications are identical to the Sony Xperia XZ Premium. The Sony Xperia XZs price is also announced, but it will be available from the beginning of April 2017 in Ice Blue, Warm Silver and Black color options.
