Sony HT-A9 Wireless Home Theater System with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X

Sony Corporation has announced the unique HT-A9 home entertainment systems, designed for use with a wireless home theater system. The home theater audio system is capable of generating high-quality surround sound with the effect of complete immersion.

The set consists of a small controller unit and four speakers with wireless signal reception. The total power reaches up to 504 W. There is also support for wireless Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11ac and Bluetooth connectivity.

The wireless home theater system uses 360 Spatial Sound Mapping calibration technology. Each speaker contains two microphones that pick up sound waves. Based on the collected metrics, sound parameters are automatically optimized based on room configuration and speaker positioning. This allows you to install the speakers at any point in the room and at different heights – in any case, the highest quality audio picture will be formed.

In addition to the home theater audio systems, you can connect a subwoofer SA-SW5 or SA-SW3: in the first case, the power is 300 W, in the second – 200 W.

The home entertainment systems can function in conjunction with Bravia smart TVs. At the same time, thanks to the Acoustic Center Sync technology, during dialogues, the sound will seem to come directly from the speaking characters.
