Anker recently expanded its range of solar panel generator power stations with the new Anker 555 portable power station. The power station portable mobile device has a capacity of 1,024 Wh and 1,000 watts of continuous AC power and can also be charged using solar energy.

Anker launched another solar panel generator or portable power source Anker 555 portable power station. After the Anker 521 (approx. $250 on Amazon), Anker 535 (approx. $580 / £600 on Amazon), and the Anker 757 (approx. $1,400 / £1,400 on Amazon) power station portable models, the Anker 555 is positioned in the manufacturer’s portfolio in the upper middle class.

The Anker 555 PowerHouse is equipped with a 1,024 Wh LiFePO4 battery (25.6 V and 40,000 mAh). Among other things, the capacity is sufficient to charge an iPhone 13 up to 66 times or a laptop 14 times with 58.2 Wh. The device can produce a continuous AC power of 1,000 watts and a peak power of 1,500 watts. The power station is equipped with two sockets for a 230-volt alternating current. There is also a 12-volt car socket with 120 watts, one USB-C with 100 watts, two with 60 watts, and two USB-A with 12 watts, resulting in a total output of 1,364 watts. In addition, as with the other models, an LED light is installed.

The Anker 555 PowerHouse can be charged either with the supplied power adapter via USB-C with up to 120 watts, which takes around 4.1 hours, or via a solar panel. Anker will probably also offer a bundle with one of its solar modules again, with the maximum charging power via solar being 200 watts. According to the manufacturer, under ideal conditions, the mobile energy storage device is charged after around 5.5 hours.
