SLR Magic MicroPrime CINE 17mm T1.5, and 35mm T1.5 for Micro Four Thirds

SLR Magic has added two new Cine lenses: MicroPrime CINE 17mm T1.5, and 35mm T1.5 to the five existing MicroPrime CINE lenses for Micro Four Thirds cameras.

Both the MicroPrimes lenses are fully manual, 82mm front thread and 85mm diameter, all 0.8 MOD lenses are geared and are nearly identical in form factor and weight. With minor design changes and optical optimizations, these two new focal lengths will now expand the range and provide more choice and versatility for all Micro Four Thirds mount users.

Recently Cosina has introduced the Voigtlander Super Nokton 29mm F0.8 mm aspherical for Micro Four Thirds system, the lens structure comprises 11 elements in 7 groups. One of the elements is called the Ground Aspherical (GA) element, which describes a certain high-precision glass processing technique. The Super Nokton is an extremely solid construction with a manual focus. The aperture consists of 12 blades, which creates smooth bokeh, priced at $1,799.
