Silicon Power US70 M.2 PCIe SSD

The US70 PCI express 4.0 enabled read speeds of up to 5,000 MB/s and write speeds of 4,400 MB/s, makes US70 an order of magnitude greater than SATA 6Gb/s SSD. The drive uses a 3D NAND flash memory. To increase the speed supports SLC Caching and DRAM Cache Buffer to improve sequential read/write and random read/write performance.

The PCIe SSD also supports TRIM commands, enabling it to efficiently manage reusable space as well as significantly reduce hard drive wears out. This PCIe NVMe SSD also features Silicon Power’s proprietary S.M.A.R.T. software for operational monitoring at any time. It also features built-in bad block management (BBM) mechanism detects and marks bad blocks in the NAND flash to avoid storage in those blocks and eliminate access errors.
