Sigma has introduced two lenses for APS-C Canon RF cameras: the 16mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary and the 23mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary. Both lenses were previously released for Fujifilm X, Sony E, and Leica L mounts.

The 16mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary prime lens combines a wide angle with a maximum aperture of F1.4, which the company says is suitable for street photography, weddings, reportage, landscapes, and even wide-angle portraits. Its fast autofocus motor also suits it well for video, including vloggers who want to film themselves.
