Sigma has introduced three fixed focal length lenses, which are designed for mirrorless cameras with image sensors in full or 35mm format (KB) and are available with L-mount for suitable cameras from Leica, Panasonic, and with E-mount for Sony cameras. The Sigma 24mm f3.5 DG DN, 35mm f2 DG DN, and 65mm f2 DG DN contemporary lenses are compact, beautifully designed high-performance optics for mirrorless camera systems.
The 24mm f3.5 DG DN wide angle prime lens, which expands the Contemporary line of products and offers excellent mobility and versatility.
The 35mm f2 DG DN offers a very compact design, similar to that of the 45mm f2.8 DG DN, practically the pioneer of this series. Despite its small size, it doesn’t compromise on performance. It is also able to capture the finest details with high-resolution full-frame cameras.
Sigma 65mm f2 DG DN is a moderate telephoto lens that offers a slightly more compressed perspective than standard lenses, opening up a variety of creative approaches – both in photography and video production. The new lens is said to deliver high image quality even at its widest aperture and produce beautiful out-of-focus blur.
