Samsung has announced the Q60B 2022 TV range for the US market. Samsung Smart QLED TV Q60B series is gradually appearing among online retailers with official pricing and availability.
The Samsung Q60B QLED TVs retain previous years’ AirSlim Design with a 3-side bezel-less display. The Q60B series uses the new simple stand with sticks. It uses a Simple Plus Wide Stand. The new Samsung Smart QLED TV series uses Dual LED technology with an Edge LED backlight. The 4K panels have a native refresh rate at 60Hz and variable refresh rate is not supported.
The usual 100% Color Volume with Quantum Dot, HLG, HDR10+, and Quantum HDR is supported with added HDR10+ Adaptive support for 2022. This year’s series continues using the Quantum Processor 4K Lite processor. The Q60B features are limited to 4K AI Upscaling, Ambient Mode, Auto Motion Plus, Brightness Detection, LED Clear Motion, Contrast Enhancer, Digital Clean View, Supreme UHD Dimming, Noise Reduction, basic Smart Calibration. The gaming features include Game Motion Plus, Super Ultrawide GameView & Game Bar, and from 2022- HDR Gaming Interest Group (HGIG).
The Samsung Q60B QLED TVs are fitted with a 2.0CH 20W speaker array supporting Object Tracking Sound Lite, Adaptive Sound, Bluetooth Audio, Dolby Digital Plus, QSymphony, Surround Sound. The connectivity options of the Q60B series include three HDMI 2.0 inputs, optical audio out, RS232C input, LAN port, two USB ports, cable/antenna in. The TVs support dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.2, mobile mirroring, Tap View, SmartThings, Wireless Dex.

Prices for the Q60B Samsung Smart QLED TV range from $546.99 for the 43-inch model to $2,297.99 for the 85-inch and can be pre-ordered via Amazon.com and Bhphotovideo.com websites. The shipping will start on April 11, 2022.
Along with the Samsung Smart QLED TV series, LG has also confirmed the availability and pricing of its latest LG C2 and G2 series, LG A2 OLED 2022 series 4K Ultra HD TV, and LG QNED and LG NanoCell LED TVs.
