Samsung has announced several new gaming monitors that expand the popular Odyssey series in the lower and mid-range. The budget Samsung Odyssey G3 smart monitor for gaming offers a curved, 27 or 24-inch FHD panel with a 144 Hz refresh rate, and 1ms response time.

The Odyssey G3 is one of the most affordable impressive Samsung gaming monitors on the market which compete with other wide range of screens under the gaming segment.

The technology of the Odyssey G3 series is a little less ambitious: customers will receive a non-curved 1080p panel, optionally with a diagonal of 24 inches (F24G34TFWU) or 27 inches (F27G34TFWU).

The new Samsung smart monitor offers a 27-inch VA panel with FHD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) resolution, 250 cd / m² brightness, and 144 Hz Refresh rate, and 1ms Response time. Like all Odyssey Samsung gaming monitors, AMD FreeSync is supported to avoid tearing.
