Samsung has introduced HMD Odyssey+ VR headset that allows you to more immersive experiences through the Windows Mixed Reality Platform.
The South Korean company guarantees “new levels of immersion” through a dual 3.5-inch AMOLED display with 2880×1600 resolution (1440×1600 for each eye) and Anti-SDE (Anti-Screen Door Effect) which diffuses the light of each pixel making the image is more uniform and bright and eliminating the annoying effect caused by the separation lines between individual pixels that can in some cases cause nausea. The perceived density of 1,233ppi, twice the 616ppi of the previous generation.
The audio is AKG – rated and supports 360-degree sound for 3D simulation. There is no lack of controls for the volume integrated into the body, which overall weighs 590 grams. The VR headset is designed to be worn comfortably, the headband can be adapted, as well as the Inter-Pupillary Distance wheel can be adjusted for the best fit.
