Samsung Gear S2 and Gear S2 Classic Smart Watches Official in India

Samsung Gear S2 and Gear S2 Classic Smart Watch models has been officially launched in India. Gear S2 with circular screen and traditional design is similar to a regular wrist watch with round face, not particularly as Gear S. Let’s see Gear S2 Prices and specifications below:

The Samsung Gear S2 price in India Rs 23,900 for Classic edition is available in Black face with leather band and Rs. 22,500 for Grey color variant. Both these smart watches are now available for purchase via Flipkart online store.

The Samsung Gear S2 Classic Smartwatch with a black color finish with leather strap, it uses circular Super AMOLED screen size of 1.2-inch with 360 x 360 pixel resolution that can rated to deliver a high pixel density of 302ppi. In addition, this screen also full 360 degrees round and not lose a single lap as Moto 360.

Samsung also incorporates back and home buttons so users can easily operate it. Both watches are fueled by a 1.0 GHz dual-core Exynos 3250 processor, 512 MB of RAM and comes with 4GB non-expandable internal memory. It runs on Tizen OS as many other Samsung SmartWatch, have been upgraded to the latest version and install new applications to monitor health, music, messages, view photos etc.

In terms of connectivity, both supports NFC, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.1 LE options. It packs in 250mAh battery with a normal usage time of 2-3 days along with wireless charging tech. Gear S2 also integrates all necessary sensors such as Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Heart Rate monitor, Ambient Light and Barometer.
