Samsung Galaxy M30, Galaxy M20, and Galaxy M10 to Get Android Pie Update in June

Samsung has revealed the Android 9 Pie update rollout timeline for the Samsung Galaxy M30, Galaxy M20, Galaxy M10 smartphones. The company has said that the phones will receive Android Pie by June. To recall, All three Galaxy M-series devices currently run on the dated Android 8.1 Oreo OS with Samsung Experience UI on top. Now Samsung says that it will start rolling out the update beginning June 3, ten months after the release of Android Pie.

Samsung Galaxy M30, Galaxy M20, Galaxy M10 smartphones are all set to get Android Pie update by the beginning of June. This was reportedly confirmed by the Samsung press note issued earlier today, Samsung stated that it is getting closer to releasing the much-anticipated Android Pie update for Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20, and Galaxy M30 devices.

The company says the update will bring important improvements and security patches to the Galaxy M-series phones. The company has not shared the complete changelog of the update, but we can expect to see adaptive battery, adaptive brightness, app actions, app timers, and more.

To recall, Samsung introduced the Galaxy M-series in the USA back in April with the Galaxy M10 (Price and Availability), Galaxy M20 (Price and Availability) and Galaxy M30 (Price and Availability). All three Samsung Galaxy M-series smartphones come with features like octa-core processor, waterdrop-style notch, dual-SIM VoLTE support, and Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
