Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini Prime Now Available to Buy in USA

Samsung has launched its Galaxy J1 Mini Prime smartphone Asia, and the smartphone is now available to purchase in the USA from today via Amazon online store at $89.99. The Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini Prime has several highlights, such as Android 6.0 OS, a 5-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture, apart from a 1 GB of RAM. 

The dual-SIM (Nano+Nano) Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini Prime runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. It bears a 4.0-inch TFT LCD display with WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) resolution that can translate a pixel density of 233ppi. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor that’s backed by Spreadtrum SC9830 SoC coupled 1GB of RAM.

The Galaxy J1 Mini Prime’s rear camera of 5-megapixel with LED flash, while the 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera bears an f/2.4 aperture for wide selfie and video calling. Connectivity options onboard include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM radio options. It comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).

The polycarbonate bodied smartphone measures 121.5 x 63 x 10.7 mm, quite similar to Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini 2016 model. Other sensors onboard include an accelerometer, and a proximity sensor. It runs on a 1500mAh battery. The unlocked model is compatible with AT&T (3G) and T-Mobile (2G), but not for Verizon and Sprint.

Just yesterday, Amazon has added the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime, priced at $296 and is available in Black and Gold color variants. It has 5.5-inch IPS display with Full-HD resolution; a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 4; 1.6GHz Octa-core Exynos 7 7870 14nm processor; Mali-T830 GPU; 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that’s expandable up to 256GB with the help of microSD card slot. There is a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera; an 8-megapixel front-facing camera; running Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS; Fingerprint Sensor in Home button; a 3300mAh battery and 4G LTE connectivity.
