Earlier this year at CES 2020, Samsung unveiled the Odyssey series of gaming monitors. The lineup consisted of the Odyssey G7 and Odyssey G9 with curved QLED VA displays, 240Hz refresh rate, HDR, 1ms GTG response time, G-Sync, and more. The company has recently also announced that they released a special edition of the Samsung G7 monitor inspired by the T1 star player League of Legends Faker.

The South Korean firm has developed the Odyssey G7 T1 Faker Edition gaming monitor in collaboration with the esports organization SK Telecom T1. The special edition Samsung odyssey monitor features Faker’s signature colors of red and dark silver. The Samsung G7 monitor also has Faker’s signature on the stand as well as on the bezel at the bottom corner. Faker is a legendary League of Legends player, his real name is Lee Sang Hyuk.

The 27-inch version of the Samsung Odyssey G7 T1 Faker Edition costs $749.99 for the 27-inch variant and $849.99 for the model with 32-inch display size. The Samsung monitor curved panel also features the Samsung and T1 partner logo. The two companies partnered four months ago, and the partnership is expected to enhance Samsung’s image in the gaming monitor segment.
