Samsung Announces Availability of the Chromebook Pro 2018 With Backlit Keyboard

Samsung announced the Chromebook Pro at CES 2017, which is considered one of the best of Chromebook last year, due to its high-quality screen and above average performance among Chromebooks, thanks to Core m3 SoC. However, one of the most negative points of that device was the lack of the backlit keyboard.

Now Samsung has listed the new Samsung Chromebook Pro with Backlit Keyboard on its official website. Reading the name given by the company, you should think it’s the same model, with a backlit keyboard. That’s right. Everything is identical, like a processor, RAM, and storage.

Samsung Chromebook Pro 2018 offers the same technical specifications of its predecessor, starting from the 12.3-inch display with 2400×1600 resolution protected by a Gorilla Glass 3, powered by the Intel Core M3 2.2GHz processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and MMCM, dual stereo speakers, 39Wh battery, 2x USB Type-C ports and a 720p cam. All applications on the Play Store can be used on the device without any limitation.
