Asus ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM: Pricing details for new OLED gaming monitor revealed

Asus is set to launch its 27-inch ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM 240Hz OLED gaming monitor. The company has finally revealed pricing for the UK and US. The Asus OLED monitor is also listed online ahead of a worldwide release.

Asus released the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM after showcasing the gaming monitor two months ago at CES 2023. To sum up, the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQD features a 26.5-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels (2.5K/1440p) in a 16:9 aspect ratio. Additionally, Asus claims that the ROG monitor achieves 450 nits when viewing SDR content and 1,000 nits with HDR content.

Additionally, the Asus PG27AQDM has a 0.03ms (GtG) response time, 240Hz refresh rate, and 99% DCI-P3 color space coverage with Delta E <2 color deviations. Asus adds that the PG27AQDM features a custom heatsink and a large vent to dissipate heat and improve the longevity of the OLED panel. In addition, the Asus OLED monitor features a “micro-texture anti-glare” coating to reduce glare in bright rooms and a custom voltage optimization algorithm to provide uniform brightness throughout the panel.

ASUS has also included compatibility with AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC, as well as DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0, and USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports. The ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM also has 100 x 100 mm VESA mounts and a height-adjustable stand.

Price and availability

Asus will sell the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM in the US for $999. While Newegg.com has already listed the monitor in the US, it is not yet available for purchase.
