Razer Blade Pro 2017 with THX Certification and Intel i7 CPU

Razer has really amazed us with the launch of the Blade Pro back in October 2016 – a powerful gaming computer, complete with a GeForce GTX 1080 GPU, 4K display with Nvidia G-Sync, and mechanical keyboard. Now the Razer Blade Pro 2017 edition has been upgraded to latest graphics card and VR ready GPU and THX certification.

Razer Blade Pro 2017

After six months, the California based company back to impress us with a refreshed Razer Blade Pro 2017 edition brings with it seventh-generation Intel Core i7 processor (Kaby Lake, 7820HK model, TDP 45W) instead of the previous Skylake 6700HQ. The processor reaches 3.9 GHz with Turbo Boost, but Razer has already provided for a High Performance mode that brings the frequency to 4.3 GHz.

Razer Blade Pro 2017 also improves the RAM: the quantity remains the same, but the clock speed rises to 2667 MHz (previous: 2133 MHz). Almost complete to point out that the device is VR ready, but there is also a more interesting news: the THX certification, for the first time on a laptop. To be precise, the certification covers the audio jack, integrated speakers, and the display, means impressive visual and audio experience unlike any other laptop. Please note that THX was acquired by Razer just a few months ago.
