While the Razer Blade 15 remains on sale this year, it won’t receive any updates. Instead, Razer is focusing its efforts on the Razer Blade 16, which maintains nearly the same dimensions as the Blade 15 but flaunts a larger display.

The highlight of the Blade 16 2024 is its touted 16-inch OLED display, boasting an incredibly rapid 240 Hz refresh rate—a first in laptop technology. With a lightning-quick 0.2-second response time and full coverage of at least sRGB and DCI-P3 at 100 percent, certifications from VESA ClearMR 11000 and DisplayHDR True Black 500 underscore its exceptional quality.

Alternatively, users have the option to revert to the Mini-LED variations from the previous year, offering a switch between UDH+ with 120Hz and FHD+ with 240Hz. Moreover, for the first time, there’s an additional color option available—check out the images for a glimpse.

As of now, the Blade 16 2024 is exclusively equipped with the new Intel CPUs. In the flagship configuration, a Core i9-14900HX featuring 24 cores stands tall, with overclocking capabilities through Razer Synapse. It comes paired with a GPU up to the RTX 4090, boasting 175 W. However, possibilities for AMD Ryzen options might become available in the future if the manufacturer can allocate more resources for this. The laptop’s unibody case is crafted from anodized aluminum, showcasing Razer’s signature style.
