Anker presents the new AnkerWork product line. It starts with the PowerConf C300 1080p 60fps webcam and the PowerConf S500 portable conference speaker.
The Anker is best known for its smartphone accessories, and now they introduced the new AnkerWork product line. The products in this series are intended to be used primarily in the home office as well as in small offices and to support daily work. The two innovations PowerConf C300 HD 1080p webcam and PowerConf S500 make the start.
The PowerConf C300 is a full HD webcam with 1080p and 60 fps. The HD cam is intended for both desktop PCs and notebooks and can be attached to the corresponding screen with its clamp mount. The functions of the PowerConf C300 include an AI chipset, which, according to the manufacturer, should ensure a high-quality image with accurate color reproduction and high low-light performance.
You can set three different fields of view from 78 degrees for close-ups over 90 degrees up to 115 degrees for a wide field of view. Other functions include an intelligent frame function, auto-framing, and AI focusing. There are also microphones with active gain control and noise suppression.
Another new product is a PowerConf S500 portable conference loudspeaker. It is based on the well-known PowerConf products but offers four improved microphones with Ankers VoiceRadar. This technology uses beamforming and DSPs to pick up only the speaking person’s voice and suppress all other ambient noise. The AnkerWork app can be used to set recording patterns for different application scenarios. In addition, two devices can be linked together for larger conference rooms.
The PowerConf C300 1080p 60fps webcam is available from today at a price of $129.99 from the Amazon.com website. Anker plans to announce the prices and availability of the PowerConf S500 conference loudspeaker at a later date.
