Polaroid Hi Print Mini Photo Printer for Smartphones now available on Amazon and Bhphoto

Polaroid has recently announced the Hi Print Pocket Mini Photo Printer, which is now available to buy on Amazon and Bhphoto stores. It is a next-generation portable photo printer that is wireless and uses a high-resolution dye sublimation process.

Polaroid Hi Print Mini Photo Printer for Smartphones

The Hi Print Dye Sublimation portable smartphone printer is the first instant print product released by Polaroid since its rebranding earlier this year. The new portable smart photo printer prints pictures using dye in cartridges, this dye allows you to create bright and fade-resistant photos. In addition, the resulting images from this printer will be protected from moisture.

Each universal cartridge for this mini photo printer contains a color ribbon and 10 sheets of photo paper. The Polaroid Hi Print Printer prints 2.1″ x 3.4″ photos (comparable to a standard credit card size). Each photo has a special adhesive backing, making it easy to share when scrapbooking, sticking to cabinets, and decorating laptops and other items.

The portable smart photo printer can work directly with a smartphone, and for the wireless operation, you need to install a special application for the iOS / Android operating system. Then Polaroid Hi Print will allow you to print photos directly from your phone or tablet camera – and, of course, if your camera has Wi-Fi or Bluetooth modules, you can also transfer your photos to this device using them for further printing.

In addition, the application will allow you to edit pictures using tools such as filters, various overlays, frames, text, and stickers, all of which can be done immediately on your smartphone before sending it to print.

Polaroid Hi Print price and availability

The new portable photo printer is already to purchase on Amazon.com and Bhphotovideo.com websites for $99.99. The cost of one cartridge is $15.99.

Earlier, Polaroid released an exclusive i-Type camera and an instant film in collaboration with Lucasfilm to celebrate the Disney+ live-action Star Wars original series The Mandalorian.
