The Poco X2 smartphone has just been introduced in India, which should be the successor to the Poco F1, but it will take several months before we find out if it succeeds in becoming the new national flagship.
Price and Availability
The Poco X2 price in India starts from Rs. 15,999 for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage, Rs. 16,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage version and flagship 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model costs Rs. 19,999. It will go on sale via Flipkart.com starting from February 11th and comes in Atlantis Blue, Matrix Purple, and Phoenix Red colors.
Poco X2 specifications
The new Poco phone is a mid-range device built on Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G 8nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 618 GPU, received a 6.67-inch Full HD+ (1080 × 2400 pixels) 20:9 LCD display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, HDR 10, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, a liquid cooling system, up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage (expandable memory up to 512GB). The fingerprint sensor is located on the side.
The pocophone received the game mode called Game Turbo 2.0, which is designed to optimize the phone when working with a variety of intensive games, including applications. The battery capacity is 4500mAh; the smartphone supports 27-watt fast charging. The corresponding adapter is initially included. There is a 3.5 mm jack for connecting headphones.
The main camera allows you to save RAW photos, record videos with a frequency of 960 fps. The 64 megapixels Sony IMX686 image sensor with 0.8μm, f/1.89 aperture and 120° ultra-wide sensor has a resolution of 8 megapixels with 1.12μm, f/2.2 aperture. To blur the background and macro shots, dual 2-megapixel cameras are used. The front camera, which is embedded in the screen, received image sensors with a resolution of 20 and 2 megapixels.
The phone has a 3D curved frosted glass body with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and runs Android 10 with MIUI 11 on top. It features 1217 Linear Speaker, Qualcomm Aqstic WCD937x audio codec, and connectivity includes Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), VoWiFi, Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, USB Type-C. It measures 165.3×76.6×8.79mm and weighs 208 grams.
