Philips Curved Monitor 328E8QJAB5 with FHD, 16:9, Freesync Announced

Philips has announced a new Curved Monitor specially designed for home entertainment, but also comes with a minimalist curved stand and universal design style. This new Philips Curved Monitor – 328E8QJAB5 will be available in late May at a price of about $347.

The Philips 328E8QJAB5 monitor comes equipped with a 32-inch curved panel (1800R), using the VA LCD technology and offers a full HD (1920×1080 pixels) resolution, ideal for viewing everyday media content and generally for mixed use, which can go from navigation to office applications, casual gaming and more.

The Ultra Wide-Color technology with wider “color gamut” produces more natural-looking greens, vivid reds, and deeper blues. It also allows the 32-inch panel to provide an extended color range up to 103 percent of NTSC and the 126 percent sRGB (CIE 1931), which affects the quality and accuracy of color reproduction and creates a ‘viewing experience even more vivid.

This Philips curved monitor features 16:9 enhanced Full HD resolution for crisp detail and provides 178/178° extra wide viewing angle. The new Philips Monitor also Flicker-Free, supports Adaptive-Sync and other proprietary features such as Philips SmartImage Game and Smart Contrast; built-in two 3W stereo speakers and DisplayPort.
