Panasonic Lumix DMC-CM10 with 21MP CMOS sensor, Android 5.0, 4G LTE without Voice Calling Launched

Panasonic Lumix DMC-CM10 has been officially launched in Japan, a smart camera phone from the company which quite identical to the its predecessor – Lumix DMC-CM1 was launched last year. The Panasonic DMC-CM10 price in Japan around 100,000 yen – approximately $850 and will be sold on February 25.

The DMC-CM10 features a 4.7-inch TFT LCD display with Full HD resolution of 720 x 1920 pixels. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core processor that’s backed by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset. It packs 2GB of RAM and comes with 16GB of internal storage which can also be expanded via microSD card.

The Lumix DMC-CM10 comes with 1.0-inch 21-megapixel CMOS sensor on the back with VENUS Image processing engine, and the LEICA 28 mm F/2,8 lens. It can shoot 4K videos at 15 frames and full HD 1080p videos at 30 fps. This compact camera allows you to capture beautiful high-quality images with reduced noise even in low light photography.

The DMC-CM10 runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and packs in a 2600mAh battery out of the box that can be delivered up to up to 560 hours of standby time, captured up to 720 stills, up to 100 minutes of 4K video recording. The handset supports single microSIM with 4G LTE connectivity, but it’s only used for data and SMS service. Unfortunately, it’s not support voice calling feature at the moment.

On connectivity front, apart from 4G FDD-LTE CM10 includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0 and a 3.5 mm audio jack options.
