Panasonic is about to announce the G9 mirrorless camera. The Panasonic camera was first appeared on that Wi-Fi certification website as well as some source also leaked the first unofficial image of the Panasonic G9 rear part along with few specifications.
The photographic features of this new camera should be practically same as the GH5. Performance while shooting video would be different. The Panasonic Lumix G9 should have a secondary display on the top, a joystick on the back (an increasingly popular solution) and a large button to capture burst shots.
The sensor should have a resolution of about 20 megapixels (such as GH5) and would offer many advanced features such as the ability to combine multiple images and the 6K Photo Mode (was also available in GH5). Finally, there is the presence of a dual slot for SD card. The announcement of the G9 should be around this week and the price could be around EUR 1,200.
