OWC USB-C Travel Dock E: USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter

Thanks to its integrated USB-C connection cable, users of the compact Travel Dock E can transform any place, be it a studio, a classroom, a meeting room, or a cafe, into an office. With the dock, computers, tablets, and phones equipped with USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 can be connected as desired and the corresponding devices can also be charged. However, external monitors can also be used for displays and external storage, and SD memory cards.

Based on the “OWC USB-C Travel Dock”, the new “OWC USB-C Travel Dock E” USB-C Digital AV Multiport adapter with its network connection enables fast and reliable sharing, streaming and surfing, because nothing can inhibit productivity more than slow WLAN. Unlike other mini docks that sacrifice ease of use to remain portable, the OWC USB-C Travel Dock E isn’t a heavyweight resembling a desktop dock. This compact USB-C Digital AV Multiport adapter is about the size (8 x 8 x 2.5 cm) and, at 174 grams, the weight of a hockey puck. It can be used via bus power if there is no access to a power socket, or it can be operated via an optional or any USB-C power supply unit. With its USB-C power supply connection, other devices can also be charged with up to 100 W power while on the move or at work, at home, at school or in the studio.

When you have finished using the OWC USB-C Travel Dock E, you can safely disconnect it with one click using the free OWC Dock Ejector software. This program was developed by the OWC engineers to ensure that all data is written to one or more attached drives before the connection is disconnected, which saves time and protects against data loss.
