Oukitel has again joined the budget smartphone race with its latest affordable smartphone called Oukitel C4. The Chinese manufacturer has put up the new budget 4G LTE device at the price of just $59.99. The C4 comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and pleasing design. 
The C4 has a 5.0-inch IPS display with HD resolution (720 x 1280) spread across it. This is certainly good enough for the price. The processor used is 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6737 64-bit quad-core chipset is aided with 1GB RAM. For basic usage, these specs will suffice. The internal memory on this device is of 8GB, and can be further expanded by up to 32GB via MicroSD card. This should be good enough for most users.
It has an 8-megapixel primary autofocus camera with a single LED Flash. The auto focus feature will help you to get some decent images with the camera.
